Lucia celebration

On 13 December is Lucia Day! And this year, the strangest one ever, we are happy to offer you a heartwarming Swedish tradition: a digital candlelit Lucia procession. This film offers you a hint of what Lucia is all about: children with angelic voices singing traditional Swedish Lucia and Christmas songs, dressed in slightly strange-looking white gowns.
It’s about bringing light and love into the Swedish December darkness.
The singers are students from Adolf Fredrik’s music school in Farsta. The films were produced in the Eric Ericsson Hall in Stockholm, with precautionary measures taken due to the ongoing pandemic. The video will be shown at 11:00 -11:30 & 13:00-13:30 & 15:00-15:30 & 18:00-18:30
