Flames turn into gravity defying waterfall
In the middle of the busy Expo site, behind four-storey-high walls, you can find a fire spitting fountain with water flowing upwards. It is created by the California based company, Water entertainment technologies, WET, – who are the designers of the Burj Khalifa fountain and the Bellagio fountain in Las Vegas.
The fire in the middle of the installation spits out hydrogen flames that turn into water, used in the water feature.
Visitors can stop and dip their feet in the water while observing the interplay between the fire and the water features, while listening to a soundtrack made by the composer of the music to the Game of thrones series
