New world record in highlining set – in Sweden
A team of German tightrope walkers crossed a 2.1-kilometer-long line 600 meters above the Swedish valley of Lapporten, Saturday, July 3.
This is a world highline distance record. The walk was completed by four highliners, however, highlining is a team sport, and the record is shared among those taking part in the whole process, including those rigging the rope.
