Swedish minister hosts a meeting at the pavilion
An official delegation lead by his Majesty The King vill visit Expo 2020 together with Minister for Foreign Trade and Nordic Affairs Anna Hallberg and a delegation of representatives from Swedish business, academia, public authorities, regions and other organisations.
In the Swedish pavilion ‘The Forest’, a climate-smart building, built entirely of wood, we showcase Swedish innovation and sustainable solutions that help the world transition in a more green, equitable and sustainable direction. We invite collaboration to showcase Sweden as a credible and inspiring leader and business partner in the green transition.
On 13 December, Minister for Foreign Trade Anna Hallberg, will host a meeting on export promotion, ‘Live from Dubai’, with all of Sweden’s regions.
On Sweden’s national day, 15 December, the leaders of some of Sweden’s largest export companies and other actors will gather at the Smart Society Summit to share Swedish experiences of contributing to the green transition in partnership with others, both in Sweden and globally.
Expo 2020 is also a platform for promoting gender equality and workers’ rights, and Sweden will host a high-level event on the Global Deal to promote the value of social dialogue.
